Hey ladies!! Sorry about not posting or anything yesterday :(( I promise I will try not to let it happen again!! lol
I can't believe it's already our 2 month mark!! aaahhhh!! we have until august 2 ladies and I know we can do it..June isn't here yet, but we WILL make our goals or close to it. So...the new goals are posted below..

1. drink 10cups of water daily
2. 40 pushups, 100 crunches daily
3. extra 10 min stretching for our lean muscles
4. get an extra day of workout in
5. 3 fruits a day, 4 veggies a day
6. try and stay within calorie goal
7. lose 1-2 lbs by the end of the week

Personal goals:
1. lose 3lbs
2. get at least 5 workouts in at the end of the week
3. NO SNACKING
4.NO BREAD :(((<< this is sooo tough for me but it's def helping!!

    I really need to eat more fruits and veggies. Especially if I'm trying to lose 13 lbs in 4 weeks!!! YIKES!

    My personal goals for the week:
    1. lose at least 2lbs
    2. eat more fruits & veggies
    3. workout twice a day at least 3 days
    4. eat less bread (its working for meka2206) lol
    5. watch my sodium intake

    Hopefully by August 2nd I will be at my goal weight of 190 lbs or less! Good luck ladies!!!

    You girls are doing great! Well i was bad yesterday but i cant do anything about that now right!?? Anyway, here are my goals:
    Make sure i drink at least 10 cups of water a day!
    Exercise 6days a week!
    No more excuses!
    Loose 3lbs by Monday
    Wtach my sodium and carb intake!

    I know i can do this and lately i just have every excuse in the book not to eat right pr exercise, but thats ENOUGH!!!! No more!!!! I can do this but it aint gonna happen on its own!!!
