I hope everyone that celebrates Memorial Day had a good three day weekend. I don't know about you all but I personally need to take it slow and work back in to the swing of things. That being said, let's start with something simple. What type of peanut butter is best?

In my opinion, natural chunky peanut butter is the best. The texture of the chunky peanuts just goes so well with fluffy bread. The flavor is amazing as well. Just one ingredient, peanuts. I don't need stabilizers to keep the oil from separating. I have knives at my house and I can easily mix it up again when I want to use it. Why should the peanut butter company tell me how much salt the peanut butter has to have in it. If I wanted salty peanut butter sandwiches then I will add my own salt. Just give me peanuts because I don't have enough time to pick my own peanuts and turn them into a delicious spread.

I don't know if I have ever had chunky peanut butter. But my favorite is PB and CO white chocolate peanut butter. Smooth and delicious. I like the kind you don't have to stir, it always spills out over the side of the container when I have to stir it myself.

Strong choice. I have never tried the white chocolate flavor but I have tried other PB from them.

Can't stand peanut butter. Not even peanut butter cups. Do like salted peanuts roasted in the shell (don't taste the salt as strong unless you chew the shell)... Just hought I would throw in a contrary voice, though I realy do hate peanut butter of any sort.

Peter Pan reduced fat creamy. I really will eat PB of any kind, I'm an addict, but this is the perfect texture or creamy!!!! I recently bought the kroger brand reduced fat creamy and it was gritty and tore the bread when I tried to spread it!

I like crunchy, but it's hard to spread on fresh, soft, white bread. I'm also a fan of Nutella!

We went down to Fla and on the way back up stopped by a roadside stand to bring some to my mom..................needless to say they didn't make it, Luckily my grandma always keeps a bag or two frozen in the deep freezer.
