Ok, so I have the breastfeeding item in my snack area each day and it gives me the 500 calories... but my question is, what is the rest of the nutritional breakdown?? Why are there 0's in everything else... that cant be right, can it??

After 3 kids Im finally trying to lose my weight and track my nutrition but this makes it really hard... it cant be just 500 calories with no other nutritional value...

does anyone have any ideas on what the other numbers should be???

That is just a way to account for calories burned by breastfeeding. It subtracts 500 cals from your daily total so that your calore goal stays the same but you are "allowed" more food. I prefer to change my goal by adding the 500 (so my daily calorie goal is now 1700 instead of 1200). That way I have a more accurate picture of my nutritional breakdown. Hope that makes sense.
