Hello My name is Ashleigh. I am a mother of 3. Carley 11, Jenna 6 and Ryder 8 months. I am desperately trying to find the motivation to get back in shape and lose the weight. I know I can do it because I lost almost 40lbs in the past. Now with baby number 3 and 2 very active girls with sports I find it hard to find the time for myself and exercise. Nice to be apart of a group with moms going through the same.0
