hello ladies! new here and need HELP

I am 22 days pp. At the end of my pregnancy I developed high blood pressure and I am still on tons of bp pills now.I was in the hospital for a week after delivery and I am now home and feeling better. Between that, birth and immense weight gain my spirits have been down. So now I am ready to stop the pity party and get into shape! My husband and I also never had a honeymoon so I am ashamed to go to any beach with this extra 35 pounds I have gained so HELP ladies! I go back to work in 3 weeks so in the meantime I just need motivation and help on good workout routines and eatting tips to get this show on the road. My goal is 2 lbs a week if possible! Any help or motivation will be useful.
btw I am not breastfeeding due to the medications I am on. Also I am still adjusting to motherhood so any tips on energy foods would help too!!

I have a 6 week old little girl and I take B12 to increase my energy. start off slow with your exercise or you will be hurting more than feeling good. maybe start off taking the baby for walks and work your way up to other things.0
