Hello Everyone.
I am Started herbalife today. I have done it last year and have lost 20 pound. Then i get lazy and gained 11 of it back in a year. I have started back on it today. Im just looking for a group to help me on my way. I need to lose 40 to 50 pounds. I have been just doin to shakes. I have founded in the past that I can it real food as snack in between the shakes. I try to eat every 3 hours so that my body will not go into strave mode. I love the progressive lite soups. with like 5 crackers or a tuna salad with 5 crackers. which made right is not more then 200 calories. I was just worried that I'm not doing the program right. Can anyone help me out. in what i should be doing.
I've only been using Herbalife since March 10 and have lost 47 lbs. I have A LOT to lose, though. I can't eat any processed carbs like crackers or even many whole grains with the exception of a few. I found that they don't do well with my body. I eat protein snacks like low-fat string cheese, some low-fat beef jerky and even low-fat cottage cheese. I also eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Eating every three hours is great!!! Make sure you're drinking lots of water throughout the day. I've discovered that when my sodium is high, I don't lose at all as easily. I've begun tracking sodium and potassium just this week.
My diary is open to my MFP friends so feel free to add me if you'd like. There are several of my MFP friends who are using Herablife and having success.0 -
First week of the meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch and I am down 1.6. I am hoping next week will be better as I did not follow the plan at all on Sunday. And only 1 shake on Saturday.
Hi! I've found that when I don't have my two shakes I don't lose as easily. Do you take the tea or any of the supplements? Just curious. NOT pushing anything on you. I just like to hear what is working or not working for other Herbalife users. I've been using the products since March 10 and have been really, really happy with the results so far. I have a ton to lose. It will come off ... I promise!!!0 -

I have started the 21 day Herbal Cleansing program..:drinker: I am on my 6th day, I use the shakes for dinner and breakfast off and on. My biggest meal is Lunch. I try to eat and snack on healthy things. I like the Pina Colada shake mix. I walk and exercise as well as journal everything I eat.
This is my first time doing a cleansing but thought it would be best to do it before I start using the supplements and shakes.

I would say you tea, aloe and shakes are the best start items. Then build from there. Good Luck0 -
