Has anyone done a "cleanse" when breastfeeding? Just wanting to know if it is safe to do or should I wait till I'm not breastfeeding?

    I personally don't think they are necessary so haven't looked into it too much. But, if you are seriously considering it I would think about how many calories it allows per day (is it enough to sustain you and protect milk supply?), are the ingredients safe, etc.
