    Welcome! I hope you enjoy the site, it takes time getting used to it! The biggest thing I would do first is read through a lot of the post on the message boards, people can be pretty mean if you ask something that has been asked a lot so just take it with a grain of salt. There are a lot of good resources, and information on here though, and a lot of threads that teach you how the MFP process really works! Good luck, and feel free to friend request or ask anything you want.
