To answer your question... Someone posted in this group that yes that is the way you should complete the 30 days. If you look at the threads in this group you should see it.0 -
Level 1 Day 8 completed last night. 2 more days before level 2! And all the soreness is completely gone. Also my legs feel like solid rocks lol. Next time around I hope to be doing regular pushups! For those of you doing the regular push ups how many are you completing during each 30 second set?0
