NC pastor thinks gov should kill the lgbt

I haven't listened to his exact screed, or read any transcripts, since, like Mama Babs Bush, I prefer not to sully my beautiful mind with such things, but...if he's saying that he thinks that the government should whack teh gays it seems like the only way he could be held culpable in any way is if the government itself started whacking teh gays. If that happened, I would argue that there would be more to be concerned with than whether it was this guy's fault that the United States government was engaged in a plot to wipe out the LGBT community (I mean other than the failed unleashing of AIDS by the CIA to try to clean up the mess from their earlier failed attempt to wipe out the blacks by inventing crack).
