Perfect Timing!

I have been pretty stuck and unmotivated lately. I had the flu for two weeks and hadn't been that sick for years so this was also the most inactive I have been. Now I am finally kicking out the cough, but was still feeling discouraged. I think this will be a great way to recharge my motivation. Do something everyday in June? That sounds doable! Goodluck to everyone!!!

This is a great idea...just the motivation I need, new to this site and tend to focus on the food, need to remember to focus on moving as well. I usually walk my dog for 30 mins a day so I have planned a walk that doubles that tomorrow. Start the month as I mean to go on. Good luck all.

Perfect timing for me, too... I'll be doing the 30-day shred this month, so hopefully this will be easy!

Ooh good luck with the 30DS, I completed Day 7 of Level 1 today, so 3 days left then moving onto level 2 *gulps* bit scared as I watched it though and it looks pretty tough.

When you start out just keep pushing through, remember it's just 20 minutes and Jillian is pretty good at motivating you through the workout. I suggest you add 5 - 10 mins of a cool down and stretching, or you'll be aching like mad the next day.

    Good luck
