I was already in bed logging my food. Then I read the other post. So got up popped in my Dvd.

My 1st of June check in:
30 mins brisk walk
30 weight training
20 mins cross trainer
5 mins rowing
Then phone went off in gym and had to go home to sort out stuff!!
Day 2 my body aches so think its maybe going to be yoga!

I went walking for a half hour. Definitely a humble start, but I will make it a point to build on this.0

I got stuck in the house babysitting my grandbaby. I did do much house work which included going up and down the stairs for over 90 minutes. Chasing around a 1 year old should count for something. :bigsmile:0

Forgot to log yesterday. I did 30-minutes of cleaning plus random, small walks. Hopefully do something more tomorrow.0

So far today I have walked for 24 minutes around the lot (lease apartments on the weekend). Hope to get a better walk in later today since it is finally decent weather.0

I wasn't able to check in yesterday, but here's what I did for Day 1 of the challenge:
10 minutes heaving cleaning (blech)
20 minutes leisurely swimming

Okay, so my first day was not so great. I did 15 minutes stairs and 20 min walk.0

I exercised at least 30 minutes every day this week.
30 min or more walking every day ( went on elliptical twice, and worked with weights once)0
