I just joined the group, and thank you for starting it and inviting others to join! GREAT idea! I love the idea of having a physical reminder, like a charm bracelet, of how much progress I've made. Maybe if I get tempted to make some bad choices, I'll see that bracelet on my arm and it will stop me from binging or overeating! AWESOME! Thank you all !
