My carbs are always pretty high and my protein a bit too low. Think I would burn more fat if I could up the protein, anybody know any super packed protein vegan things which are not high in fat or carbs?:indifferent:

    I love Vega Sport Protein Powder. You should look into brown rice and pea proteins also.

    Thanks for that, will have to seek that one out. Love brown rice but will try more pea protein as most of the proteins I use are either soya or wheat based. Thanks for the guidance.:happy:

    How about seitan and tofu? Both have loads of protein.

    Seitan, for sure. Also tempeh and lentils. I also like Vega One, but I've been buying Lifetime Life's Basic which I also love, but it isn't quite as expensive.

    Also, quinoa has a good bit of protein.
