I have PCOS and I love love love my carbs- I need some help staying away from so many carbs!

    Try eating whole grains and spreading your carbs throughout the day. Always pair carbs with protein or fat never eat carbs alone. If you eat grains or starches, try to have one serving at a meal, at most two, like 2 pieces of bread for a sandwich.

    Your desire for carbs should start lessening as you eat less of them, lose weight, and increase exercise.

    Carbs are not the enemy and are in fact good for you, too many carbs and too many carbs at once are the problem.
