First triathlon tomorrow!

Eep! Tomorrow is my first triathlon and I'm very nervous! I managed to break my bike this week (yes, amazing timing) so I will be borrowing a bike on the day that I haven't used before. I'm also battling the tail end of some annoying bronchitis. So my confidence is a little wavery! Anyone have any good motivational self-talk that they use during races? I need something to push me through when I feel like stopping!

I hope you feel better.
This is one of my favorite quotes...
“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.” ― Randy Pausch, The Last Lecture

You have worked so hard to make it to this point, it would be a shame not to hear the announcer loudly announce "YOU ARE A TRIATHLETE" as you cross the finish line. The first time I heard those words everything fell into place, early morning workouts, my bike breaking twice before my first race (lucky I could fix mine), the hard climb up the hill, the freezing cold swim...100% of your efforts will come into clear perspective then you cross the finish line! You got this! Good luck tomorrow!!!!!0 -
I know your first will be great, I can't wait to read all about it. Mine is next weekend (June 10), so I am going to pay very close attention to EVERYTHING you say. Lots of reporting is needed. Congrats.
