Week 2 Results!!!

Hey ladies!!! Sorry I haven't been much support this week! Really busy this week trying to spend more time with my son and sis before I sent them to spend the summer with my parents 1000 miles away! *tear* But I'm back!!
This week, I had a struggle getting to the gym! I guess, I wasn't feeling challenged anymore! Yea, I was sore and I losing but I wasn't into going this week.... sooooo, I changed up my routine! I have been having this Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones for quite some time. I tried it before and I didn't like it because I felt it was tooo slow because I was used to doing Insanity and Turbo Fire, which are extremely fast and intense. So I popped it in and made myself do the whole 50 minute workout and to my surprise, I LOVED IT! Yes it wasn't fast, but it did get my heart rate up and I also was able to do some toning. After the 1st day, my body ached like crazy! Today is my day 4 of doing it and I am still aching but I feel like I am seeing results! I will keep this up for the rest of the challenge and hopefully, things will be successful!!

Well, this week wasn't a bad week. TOM just made it in town yesterday and I'm surprised the scale isn't up! Normally, I fluctuate 1-2 LBS when he is around but not this time! YAY!! That JM NMTZ workout must be doing something. I see some fluctuations on my measurements, some positive, some negative, but ill take it because it may be all a part of the process! Overall, I am motivated and ready for my workouts each day now.
My goal this week is to 1) LOG MY FOOD! 2) PUSH THRU MY WORKOUTS EVEN AFTER I FEEL THE BURN!
3) EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES!
WHAT HELPED/HINDERED YOU IN WEEK 2? WHAT WILL YOU DO TO MAKE WEEK 3 BETTER? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOUR CHALLENGE PALS CAN DO TO HELP YOU PUSH TOWARDS THAT GOAL???

My measurements on 3rd June are:
Weight 8st 10lbs(-1.5lb)
Chest 35.5" (-0.5")
Waist 29" (-0.5")
Hips 34.5" (-0.5")
Thighs 20" (no change)
Scales moving again (hooray!). Also I'm beginning to see some kind of shape emerging from beneath the fat layers around my middle thanks to lots of walking and the 30 day shred :-)0 -
