    Rats! I ended with a 0 pound loss this week! I did go out to eat this weekend and ate some salty foods, so I'm hoping it's just water retention. Sigh. I lost 11 pounds over the 12 weeks, so that's not too shabby... it's still 11 pounds!

    It's too bad so few people hung in there. I have joined a couple other challenges here on MFP - one where you try to do 24 hours of exercise in June, and then a 90 day challenge of some sort. See you all around!

    lost 4.4lbs during this challenge ( not impressed but with a sprained ankle in the middle it couldn't be helped)

    I was 165 this morning!! I am pretty sure that was my 12 week goal!!! I am pretty sure I started this challenge at 191 and had a 26 lbs loss!! Great job everyone!!

    Did not do good. Lost a lot of motivation over the past few weeks.

    Ahh well I started at 214 and made it to 206.6. I wanted to get to 196 but I know I had some hard weeks. Oh well at least I lost - 7.4 lbs is better than none!
