Starting over again

I'mtired of dieting, I lose a little get dispointed and go back to the old habits and now I have ballooned upto272 and I hate myself I dontwant to even go out in public, I haveno clothes that fit I'm going to be one of theses women thay have to cutout ofthe house

    Make small goals, and rebuild that confidence.

    What I can recomend is:
    1. Learn your food. Re-learn it, and make postivie choices (instead of that sour cream, grab that plain greek yogurt).
    2. Water.
    3. Try to fit in normal 20minuet walks around the block three times a week. Even if its at night (just have relfectors or something- safty first!).

    Try that for 30 days, and go from there. Watch your food.

    Find the root cause that makes your head space go back to these 'habbits'. Learning where your mind goes also effects weight loss/gain.
