Hi there,
I am new here - I have had MFP for a while but never used it - my Sister in Law looks fantastic and its all down to MFP and so i thought I would actually start to use it as well as try the couch to 5k programme. But I would really like a buddy to challenge and motivate me along the way.
I am 33 and live in Essex - I have around 2st to lose

Hi Faye!
I'm just up the road from you in Suffolk. I was brought up just outside Chelmsford so I know Essex fairly well.
I have tried C25K a couple of times and it's great. Each week seems like a huge challenge yet before you know it you are running 20 minutes without stopping! I just wish that I could keep motivated to keep at it. I'm thinking I'll try again at the end of the month once I am back from holiday...
