Level 2 day 2.. Yesterday was my first day doing level 2 and was it hard i made it all the way through but i did have to take 2 5 sec breathers.. going for not having any today..0

Level 2 Day 1 Complete. Holy Hell!! the cardio in that is outrageous and my shoulders burn like no other. Oh wowww burned about 10390921357 calories.0

Level 2, Day 1, COMPLETE. My arms are KILLING me, but I pushed through and only stopped once for a 2 second break. Cardio is crazy intense.0

Yeah, that might have been the hardest i've ever pushed myself in a workout...ever! never sweated like that before! totally awesome workout!!!0 -
Level 2 day 3 complete! It was a lot harder to finish today than it has been the last 2 days!! My arms and shoulders are still burning!0

level one - day 6 done! the push ups are getting easier (yay!) still not pretty tho'0

Level 2 day 1 completed. Had to do the modified versions of some of the things that I know I can do because of doing it at night and my downstairs neighbor is home. :-/ will have to try and get to it a little earlier tomorrow.0

Didn't work-out today, but did 30DS yesterday AND 90 minute Bikram yoga class. I'll be back at it tomorrow!0
