How is everyone doing with their walking today ?

I got in 4 miles this morning. My treadmill is making horrible noises so I did my Leslie Sansone 4 Mile Dvd !!

    Hi, I'm a little late to the game but I love walking and I think this group will motivate me to get moving.

    Walked 5 miles today!
