I am concerned. I am already struggling with my weight, I am not ready for more children but I am so afraid of birth control because of the whole water weight retention issue.... Any suggestions?

    I got an IUD and love it. No apparent weight gain, more than usual:).

    Had that and it lodged in the wall of my uterus.... Had no children at the time so that may have been a factor.... But, based on what I am seeing, I may have to try that one again...

    I have the IUD as well, and I am losing weight with out mood swings as well :)
