    151.0.... UGH, only .6 lbs? I exercised 7 days, burned 3000 calories and lifted weights. Kept my net calories below 1200 daily. I guess the big picture is that I've lost 5 lbs in 11 days....Until next week!

    161.2 today. Gained, but that was because I didn't track at all during the weekend. Will work on that this week.

    Challenges:
    Water - met
    Mileage - 7/10 but did other exercise as well.

    Onto week 2...

    It's only a .2 loss but at least it's not a gain. I've been less than an angel.
    I totally slacked on the challenges too.
    I only did 3 miles and that was on one day and drank my water only on some days. T_T
    I'll try to be good next time.

    Damn! Forgot to weigh myself this morning! I've eaten now and have a lot of water in me :sad:

    182.6 - not quite as bad as I was expecting!

    As for the challenges, I've been doing much better on the water drinking over the last few days, and I ran just over 11 miles (did my 5.9 mile race in 59:37 - never thought I was capable of running so fast for so long! :smile: )

    Week One, one pound down. From 218.5 last week to 217.5 this week. I would have expected more but there's always next week.
