    Today is Take 2: Level 1: Day 9!!

    still having issues with those anterior raises/side lunges. Managed to get one set of regular pushups one set of modified. I guess I am stronger than I realize! Have to keep pushing myself. Also, NSV: I definately see a change in my midsection. It gets me really movtivated for the next 21 days!

    thats awesome! I had trouble until the very end with the side lunge anterior raise, too. Level 2 is way crazier though, can't wait til I start seeing improvement on some of the harder moves. :)

    Day 7 of Level 1 complete! After taking a break the last two days (out of town with family) I was worried about getting back into it. I pushed myself hard though, and I even surprised myself by keeping up with Natalie more and getting through all the moves without having to set down the weights! Woo hoo!!

    Level 2 Day 2 Completed. Did better on some moves worse on other; hopefully the getting better part starts to become more predominate.

    Level 2 Day 2 complete and I'm pretty much drenched in sweat. I was able to do less reps today than I was yesterday, gettin a little discouraged :(

    Sorry, forgot to check in yesterday... so this is my check-in for days 3 and 4 :) I'm on track! yay!! Decided to start using 5 pound weights today, and I think that was the right weight for everything except the anterior raise with side lunge business... third circuit in level 1.

    How bad is level 2 everyone? I'm looking forward to moving onto level 2 in 2 days time but wondering how bad it is?

    It's a lot more difficult but it's do-able. The cardio is super intense you sweat a TON more and there are much fewer "easier" moves that give you a little bit of time to rest, like the chest flys in level 1

    I missed on 06/04 because my aunt passed away and I spent much of the day travelling to the funeral. So today is Level 2: Day 14 for me. I will complete it tonight before bed. I may check back in then. :smile:

    I did want to update that at Day 10 I was up 0.5 lbs and feeling less than happy. Today I am down 2 lbs since I started. Level 2 is definitely more challenging for me. I am accepting friends too if anyone wants to help motivate/ be motivated by me. :flowerforyou:

    Level 2 made me feel like I was starting over again. There are a lot of planks!

    You are probably sore! Just keep at it and you will do more!
