Ok, I did do Day 2 but my breaks were twice as long as th 45 seconds reccommended. And I could not max out at 40 because my the end my arms felt like melted cheese ( Lol Catniss!!)

Yes, I noticed that too. It's great!
My iPhone told me yesterday I had to do a test so I came up with 52 consecutive pushups. Tomorrow it has me starting w5 d1 level3.
It has 170 spread accross 5 sets. After that the number of sets jump up to 8 I think. I'm a little nervous about that. It looks pretty tough.0 -
