    Aaah I am fading. I think I will try to do week 4 again. I could not do 28 in week five column. Aurgh. :grumble:

    The people who made this program are crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Maybe the people trying to do the program are crazy! It seems to me our group is much smalled than it was a few weeks ago.

    Day 1 I tried to do the last column, but it kicked my *ss!

    Ok, I did do Day 2 but my breaks were twice as long as th 45 seconds reccommended. And I could not max out at 40 because my the end my arms felt like melted cheese ( Lol Catniss!!)

    Yes, I noticed that too. It's great!

    My iPhone told me yesterday I had to do a test so I came up with 52 consecutive pushups. Tomorrow it has me starting w5 d1 level3.
    It has 170 spread accross 5 sets. After that the number of sets jump up to 8 I think. I'm a little nervous about that. It looks pretty tough.

    I had to eek out the last 5 with "knee" push-ups. I am nursing a cyst on my left wrist that wants to keep me down.....:(
