5x5 with Body Pump

is it possible? I'm planning on starting 5x5 tonight, but I LOVE my Body Pump twice a week (thurs pm and Sunday am) and dont want to give it up (at a push could just do my Sunday class)
Not sure how to plan it...would BP be a bad idea on a rest day? My BP weights are low, as only started going a month ago, but understand that my muscles need to rest.

Does anyone do both?

    I think later on you won't want to do both but in the beginning it should be fine, and actually if you just keep doing it the whole time your body might adapt and not have issues with it. Go ahead and just see how you feel as the weights increase in SL.

    I've done body pump classes in the passed, love them. Now that I'm working out at home, trying SL. With any weight class or routine just make sure you have a days rest in between bp and SL.
