Just joined this group today. I have had the lap band for about 3 years now. I had a baby about a year ago and when I got pregnant they opened my band up all the way. I gained back all that I had lost. So, I am now ready to get back into it again. I am doing P90X and like it so far. I am starting over after doing 6 weeks then missing a week in a half for a family hospitalization. I have also changed my workouts to the morning right when I get up. I have depression and it makes it a bit of a challenge but I am determined to be healthy and get my butt in gear.
So, hi to everyone. Add me if you like. 
I am finding that it is hard to keep up my calories as recommended by MFP when having the band cause I can't eat too much.
I am thinking there are probably others like me that have the same problem.
