Blog with pictures

Hi everyone!!! I have decided that I am going to do a month long blog that I will update every day with my workouts. Hopefully it will help keep me motivated..so if I skip one feel free to yell at me haha!!

I am going to also add pictures after every 10 days and an update on my weight, so that should be fun to watch. Anyone want to join me??

    i will look into it. pictures are a definate way to keep you motivated. When i was doing the shred about half way through i didnt think i was having good results un til i took updated pics and compared. :) those pictures are what pushed me through the next 15 days of that workout.
