Had a rotten shift at work last night, but thankful for the miles all ready walked and the changes they are making- not sure how many time I ran the halls, to bloodbank, the lab, CTscan etc.....but managed to work up a sweat even without a way to track it! Thanks Leslie for getting my legs warmed up!
