*HELP...* My hair!!!

Okay, so I usually have my hair in cornrows when I workout but I have been wearing my (permed) hair lately and working out with it has been a DISASTER (shedding, breaking, looking a HOT mess)!!! I need some suggestions/tips ASAP!! How do you all wear it WHEN you workout… What do you do AFTER the workout… What hair styles (with your real hair) can withstand the sweat… etc?? All suggestions are appreciated!!

    I have been twisting (2 strand twists) my hair at night. wear it to the gym in twists in the morning. Workout. After my workout, shower, change, etc (allows hair to dry). Then undo the twists and fluff my hair. It's been working very well.

    My hair is natural..I keep it in two strand twist (from the night before) and cover it with a black satin scarf. After my workouts/ shower I untwist and fluff and its good as new!
