    I am using 3 lb weights and have thought about using 5lb weights, but only for the lunge/bicep curl and the chest flies. I don't think know if I'm ready for the 5 lbs for the squat/overhead press....and definitely not the side lunges/anterior raises!

    I've been using 5lb weights. I wish I had 3lb weights. I drop down to only one weight for half of the squat/presses and use only one weight for the side lunges/anterior raises. So far so good. I'll have to see what Level 2 brings tomorrow. I might be sorry I don't have 3lb-ers!

    Level 2 Day 3 was torture, but got a nice calorie burn out of it: 260 burnt :)

    Felt like a slacker since I didn't work out yesterday, but I'm back at it today! Level 1, Day 5!!! Used 5 lb weights for everything except for the 2nd set of lunges w/ raises. Still doing modified push-ups - hopefully by day 10 I will be able to do "real" push-ups. Is there anyone else out there that started with only being able to do modified push-ups and has now been able to do the real kind????

    37 days until my wedding and having to be in a bathing suit on our honeymoon. Thanks to you all for keeping me motivated! Keep up the good work, ladies!

    I dare say this is getting just a little easier! 25 days to go for me!

    Meades - Yes i'm doing mostly modified push-ups at this point, too. I do "real" ones for as long as I can, then drop. And I think I'm about where you are... using 5 pounds for everything except the last set of lunge/raises... then I drop to 3s.

    I am almost able to do a full boy pushup. I can get most of the way down and manage to get myself back up, but if I go all the way down, its over for me lol. SOON I hope, I will be able to do one.
