hello 12 weeks pp

hello i have a 12 week old baby boy and a bad back so i'm struggeling doing excersize i'm getting some walking done.

about a week ago i desided it was time to start loosing the chub and have started eating carefully since. i'm not going overboard with the dieting but have lost a 9lb i dont think it's water weight because i haven't been drinking anywhere near enough water. so yey me yet its not changing my belly at all just.

the question does anyone have any ideas how can i tone up the jiggle?
