For my beachbody program I was to do a 1/2 video and had no other exercised planned for the day put did another 1/2 tape and a 10 minute ab one too.
made an extra effort at the end of the day to get my water intake over 8 cups
leaving phase 1 of my diet and going to phase 2 increasing my calories by 200. II spent two weeks eating 1200 calories or so and am moving it up to 1400. It feels weird to do but have been feeling like I need a little something more with the exercise have been doing and most diets only stay low for a week or two and then increase it so that is what I am going to do too. My weight stayed the same today after doing it so that is good.0 -

I did my 1hr of hip hop ab videos and then later went to my outdoor bootcamp class for an hour
I gave myself permission to have some extra calories because of exercise because I have been really good at keeping my journal going and did it guilt free because you should be able to have bread, cookies or chips every one in a while. I am working hard and know I am on the right track and there is no need to feel deprived and am playing around with how many calories I actually should be eating ~ I don't want to go into starvation mode it's okay to mix it up once in a while.
Got my paperwork in order for my running cruise this summer.0 -

2. Did an 8 minute fitness workout Mon-Fri
