    Started today with a nice walk for 45min had a small breakfast so far will update before my day is done.

    Haven't done a bit of exercise today - I voted to sleep in over jog. But I think I'll wrap up my workday with some yoga!

    32 mins on elliptical in the afternoon; ran sprints/intervals after sunset outside. Today will be weights and a tempo run.

    Still sore from squats Monday. Maybe 75 lbs was too much... At any rate, going to do as much core as I can stand, then crash.

    I did 1 hour of abs and legs stuff and then 1 hour and 30 minutes of swimming.

    ok yesterday I:
    used the elliptical for 30 mins
    did 30 mins of weight training

    and then when for an hour and 20min walk with my fiance
