Today I do Day 3 of Week 1, I know I started a bit late but I wanted to finish 30 Day Shred first! After day one of Ripped, I thought it was no big deal but good lord I'm feeling it in the back of my legs and tushie today! Walking seems like such a task!:P Anyone else feeling the burn?!

by day three i was feeling a ton better. but day 1 and 2 kicked my butt.0

I am doing day 3 today and my calves and my back (from doing the stupid chair flys ) are where I am feeling it. Keep it up you are doing great!0
