I am new to Hamilton and have been looking to join a class....not a GYM!
Are there any good Zumba or Hot Yoga Classes? I live closer to the Stoney Creek border,so I am also open to travel there...Any suggestions?

    Hey there. I dont have any suggestions on yoga or Zumba but I run a bootcamp all summer for free just off of Upper Gage on Tues and Thurs nights from 7-8. If you are interested find me on facebook I have a group called fit with friends. It so much fun bring a friend and if you have children old enough to play in park and splash pad it give them time to plat too.

    Moksha Yoga in Dundas at University Plaza is where I go for my hot yoga classes! I am obsessed!
    There is also a Moksha Yoga in Burlington, or, if you are in the downtown area more frequently, De La Sol at Locke and York.
    Goodlife Fitness on Upper James also has hot yoga classes!
