People at our box have been complaining about the heat since someone turned the sauna on here in TX...

This showed up on our box FB page today... bet no one complains now.

    I just pinned that yesterday as a reminder to myself. So far it hasn't gotten that hot but I know it will.

    Saw this on the FB page for "CrossFit Women = Strong" yesterday. Made me think about how far I've come in my short time doing CrossFit and dream about how much farther I want to go!!
