I missed 2 days in a row and am seriously bummed and mad at myself for slacking. But I'm back on track finished L2D3 today, and my goal is to not miss any more days!0

Started level 2 yesterday. Realized that my rug in the living room doesn't have grips on the back like my other rugs do. Whoops!
Take 2: Level 2: Day 2 this evening. Want to get 3lb weights for this level so I can switch back and forth with my 5lb-ers.0 -

Level 2 Day 5, Done. For you guys that are scared of level 2, its kind of like how level 1 was, it sucks at first, then your body adapts and it gets a little easier. You definitely burn more calories and some of the arm stuff gets pretty intense.0

Today I will be completing Level 2 Day 10 - moving to Level 3 tomorrow My weight loss has been negligible, and I haven't checked my inches yet...... but WOW has my endurance and fitness improved!0
