  • Yes, I definitely had improvements! Some of the more impressive improvements:
    Day 1 Day 60
    Power knees 89 124
    Power Jumps 14 61
    Globe jumps 4 9
    suicide jumps 6 20
    push up jacks 22 39
    power jacks 35 61

    Height 5'4"
    Age 37
    Day 1 weight: 169lbs
    Day 63 weight: 160.5lbs
    Avg caloric intake - 2100 to 2200 calories/day

    Would likely have lost more but I had a couple of bad weekends diet wise during Month 2

    Overall, I'm happy with the results, particularly my cardiovascular improvements. Will be taking a day or two off before I start easing back into lifting weights.
