    LoL! for me it's water in a thermos and chug, chug, chug!! Haven't stepped on a scale since last week (very abnormal for me) I am soooooooo wanting to see lower numbers on the scale tomorrow. (HOLDING MY BREATH)

    A thermos ought to do it!! I actually refill an arrowhead bottle with a squirt top - but saying "everybody squirt, squirt, squirt!" - just sounded a little BAD! LOL!
