Hey!!

How is everyone doing so far for their personal goals this week??

Me..I'm so far doing all right..have been slacking a lil this week with the working out but I have been still getting them in..I will def get a complete workout tonight but tomorrow will prob b a lil difficult for me (although no one goes to the gym on friday nights..still considering...)...this no bread thing have been soooo difficult for me but i have found substitues for it like cashew nuts, pistacchios, fiber one bars, etc..I get up every morning to do my push ups and abs and end of my workout with the same...im ready to get this gut out of here!

I DEF HAVE to hit my weight loss goal this month and I believe I will as long as I stick to every one of my goals. I hope everyone else is doing as good as I am :))

    Everything is good on my end...just trying to stay focused. Today I decided to switch up my workout and only do RI30 every other day. On my days off from the dvd, I will go to the gym and do the elliptical and lift some weights (lightly). I'm definately not trying to gain weight from lifting so I'm taking it easy for now. Just some inner thigh stuff and back exercises. I haven't really been sticking to my goals for the week but hopefully after I go grocery shopping I can do better with the fruits and veggies. I'm also still struggling with getting on that freakin scale everyday but long as its going down I'm ok. lol...hope everyone has a great week!!!

    You're doing an awesome job girl! Keep up the good work! What's going on with everyone else though? Nobody checks in anymore...
