WEEKLY CHALLENGE- Week 2

Onto the second week, for those of you who need motivation (like me), try to complete these challenges every day for one week and you can report back to let us know how you did!
5 push ups (this is an immense challenge for me, do more if you like)
10 burpees
20 mountain climbers
30 step ups
40 crunches
50 lunges (25 each leg)
10 minutes of cardio
please add your own exercises on top as well. this is just to supplement extra exercise, or for lazier people like me!

For the ones that I knew what they were I did I love lunges and also threw in 50 squats.0

Yesterday I tried a workout video that includes a combination of all those. (Except for the step ups, as it's 100% equipment-free.)

It kicked my butt, but making it through all 10 minutes felt great!0 -
I didnt do this one, but I took the one that 115perfection posted for last week and just upped the numbers.... so mine is
175 crunches
125 jumping jacks ( 115perfections original number was 300 but i cut to 100 due to knee problems/shin splints)
40 pushups
65 lunges
65 squats
I also added in some light lifting for now- all i have is light weights
2 sets of 25 reps for the following
-Tricep extensions
-Flat dumbbell press
-standing bicep curls
-shoulder press
and then 3 different sets of 25 for wrist excercises
-flexion
-extension
-and supine to prone

I keep forgetting to do this....I got the cardio down though!0

i only did 5 minutes of this today because my partner said i need to push myself harder and i got super mad0
