Need Help

I've been pushing myself through this as a non-exceriser just starting out and I've been noticing where I struggle is my arches in my feet hurt from the cardio. Any suggestions on what I can do to prevent it? I just finished Level 1 Day 8. And Im pooped!

    Wear the right workout shoes. You might need more or less arch support. You can get information at running stores. They will actually let you know which shoes are best for your feet.

    On another note: I did level one in my living room barefoot. Level 2 is a little to hard to do without shoes on. You can try that, too, if you want.

    I do it all without shoes or socks because its just easier for me that way. Wearing socks made me slide all over the carpet...
