pain in the side of the foot

On tuesday I noticed pain in the right of my foot. I did go for a long run on monday 13km. (5:1 intervals, training for a 1/2 marathon in july).
Well today is now friday and I still have the pain in my foot. It is however only when I'm walking not when I'm running. I did an easy 3km run yesterday and no foot pain.
I've done a little bit of googling (as you do).
The pain in is on the outside of my right foot. Yet when I touch the area where it hurts with my hand, it doesn't hurt! When I massage around that area again doesn't hurt.
Any idea of what it could be?
