Just curious who all is still doing Insanity in this group? It seems like a lot of people quit and hardly anyone posts anything anymore????

    I am still in it! I am starting a hybrid of Insanity and P90x though because my knees are really taking a hit. It used to be that I could rest between days if I needed to heal them up a bit, but they are always sore now. Doing some strength training with it. I miss it already though! I miss the sweat and accomplishment of doing it!

    I'm still here! Just about to finish the first week of month 2! I'm sad this board has died down so much, I enjoyed the support. I'm not giving up though, I'm seeing such amazing changes in my body!

    I'm still in it about to start my second week in month two...seems like a lot of people called it quits before they really even tried, but with those of us that are still here let's do this, dig deeper, and finish strong!
