I am sorry that I lost the name of the person who wanted it.. BUT here it is..
Google " PUMPKIN ginger cheesecake with gingersnap crust". It is under Glutenfreeda...

For the amount of crystallized ginger, I used 1/2 tsp ginger in a bottle..

Let me know if you can't find it.....
