Class Walk

How were you feeling this morning after the first walk? I was happy with our time last night of 19:30. Basically 3mph. Next Thursday we step it up a bit with walk, and then some body weight crossfit.

    I was so scared to get out with the group and walk because I'm so out of shape :sad: but you made it very comfertable and enjoyable :smile: . I felt no pressure and it was awesome. Me and my hubby have started walking 30 mins (my mini goal) every night.. Its an awesome feeling when I make it back home!
