    These are my stats before I started Keto. 7 point w caliper measurement. Subsequent BF measurements might be off since I'll be using an analyzer, which isn't as consistent/reliable. June 22nd, I'll have another 7pt measure.

    well here are my stats. They were done by a registered Dietician in May using skin fold calipers at 8 different sites, 4 measurements and three bone gurths. I will be going again next month.

    Effective April 30/12 I also started EM2LW as suggested by my Dietician. I've increased my calories per day from 1,600kcals (which also included 4 intense strength training days per week and 4-45min spinning classes per week) to 2,400kcals.

    I'm looking at gaining more muscle so I'm not fustrated when I see the scale going up. Actually I want to see at least 0.5pds increase each week... so my calories per day are still increasing right now as I'm just playing around with them to find out my true maintaince.

    Over the past 6 weeks I've gone up 3.8pds and inches all over (I know for sure tomorrow how many in total) To be quite honest I don't think my body fat % has gone up too much but only time will tell. I'll keep you posted.
