Hi there moms!
My name is Lhia and i have been working on loosing some weight after my second son for about 3 months now.
Everything has been going great, i am working out 4 times a week, both weight liftting and cardio, and dieting ( with this one i am not so disciplined, i admit it, but i don´t eat as much crap as i used to). The thing is i have lost a lot of volume and weight (about 20 pounds) but i for the last month not a pound has gone down on the scale.
This happened to me with my first born six months after the birth, and then when my baby was 8 months i started loosing weight again no problem, but at that time i didn´t even trained or anything.
I am guessing this is going on because i am eating too much carbs, even when i am keeping well below under my cal limits, i just started using MFP a week ago and there is not much to see on my diary, but i have been counting calories before.
I was wondering if this is happening to any of you guys, or have happened, and how are you dealing with it.
Thanks and keep up the hard work moms! we can make it! :)

I can only tell you what worked for me- I lost 5 pounds the first week and a half and then the weight loss ceased. I recently (a week ago) started following the eat stop eat plan and my loss has started again. Try checking out some of the groups here like em2wl and IF, do some research, try it out for a while and see what works for you.

    thanks a lot!
i am doing some research already and there is one thing ( the ideal one) that i have come across and is that i can be bulding muscle faster than burning fat. To know if this is true i am setting an appointment with the gym dietist to messure the amount of fat i have now, i have my previous results and if i see a big change i can have some ideas about what to do next.
I have seen on some other posts on MFP that i may need to increse my protein intake and decrese the carb intake to feed my muscles and burn my stored fat better, i am gonna to look deeply into this and talk about it with the dietist, but i take all the advice and comments you guys can give me with your personal experience :).

Thanks again Jackiemarie23 for your post and by the way, that is a super cute baby you have there :) God bless!
